Please, please, please, please go to college. You are fortunate to have the financial assistance that you have. Many people would jump at the chance to go to a school that is close to home and not have a lot of money come out of their pocket. This is your future, only you can decide what is best for you, but I would say going to school would be the best thing for anyone. You will get used to the city, and you are only a few hours away from your family, that is very fortunate!
